Hi!
I'm Lori. I make beeswax lip balms with beeswax that I get from local beekeepers. I make every single one by hand in my kitchen in the Yarra Ranges. They're all natural and they make your lips super soft and happy.
I started making my own lip balms in early 2026 and took them to a kids' market in Warrandyte. A lot of people liked them and bought them, and now I have my very own little business.
The grown ups in my family help me a lot to make sure that everything is properly done, including with the hot stuff in the kitchen, orders, and the social media stuff. But when it comes to actually making the lip balms? I do that myself.

Original (Macadamia)
Lori's Original Lip Balm is full of Macadamia Nut Oil, which gives you a lovely, shiny, glossy look.

Shea Butter (Nut-Free)
The Shea Butter Lip Balm is nut free, and gives you a beautiful, matt, creamy texture.
Ingredients: Coconut Oil, Castor Oil, Beeswax, Shea Butter, Vitamin E Oil, Rosehip Oil.

Paw Balms (Coconut)
Lori's Paw Balms come in extra large tins with nothing but a blend of the most natural ingredients without any essential oils or extras to make sure your pet's paws aren't affected by anything that could cause a reaction.

Questions I get asked all the time
I don't have bees and don't make the beeswax or any of the original ingredients myself. I also don't make the containers myself. I tried a lot of different recipes with my mum and mix up my own recipe of the lip balms.
I get my beeswax from local beekeepers. There are a few in the Yarra Ranges so I have gotten a few blocks from a couple of different beekeepers.
Yes. Postage to anywhere is by Australia Post and we use their calculator to work out how much postage is going to cost.
The best and easiest way to order is to contact my people (my mum and my aunt) using the query box on my website or using Messenger. If you follow my Facebook page, you will also see when I will be at a local market next and you can buy my lipbalms at my market stall.
Everyone in my family has sensitive skin, which is why we started making our own lip balms. You should always check with your doctor before using anything if you have medical conditions. Even though every care is taken with the production of my lip balms, they are made in a kitchen where other foods, like nuts, milk and eggs, are prepared, used and cooked.
Definitely! All the balms have been tested out on my dog, Lizzie, and the results have been fantastic! Lizzie's paws and calluses are all gone now and they are soft and smooth.
The containers I use are made of plastic and tin, so they can definitely be reused, and the tin cans can be recycled. You can wash out the tubs and tins and reuse them to store small items, and you can wash out the lip balm sticks with hot water and get them back to use to refill for you!
I go to school and have after school activities, so I run my business after dinner and before bed. I make my lip balms to order. That means that I only make a batch when I need it, so it stays fresh for longer and when you buy one, you know that it was made within the last week or so. How long your order takes to get to you depends on where you are (whether you're local and we can just drop it off), or whether you're overseas and it needs to get posted out. We try to get orders out as soon as possible.
We calculate shipping based on what our local Australia Post Office tells us it would be. If you live locally, we can probably get it delivered to you or organise a pick-up location convenient for everyone.
